The F.I.N.E. Health initiative was born as a result of the water crisis in Flint, Michigan. It was created to restore health to underserviced and underrepresented members of the community. In partnership with primary care providers, integrative and functional medicine specialists work together to empower community members with immediate and preventative health tools.

With financial assistance from numerous community partners, the F.I.N.E. Health Initiative will run its inaugural project to reverse Type II Diabetes for people in the community. This initiative has the power to transform how we view the clinical experience with regard to underrepresented populations and integrative diabetes management.
